Pacific Rim sits on the receiving side of the recycled commodity trade. It takes inbound containers and bulk parcels of scrap metal, recovered paper and baled plastics at Busan, Incheon and partner terminals, and manages discharge, bonded storage and onward delivery to mills and reclaimers.

Inspection is the service customers buy most. The company’s surveyors open and photograph containers, grade against contract specification, weigh and moisture-test recovered paper, and produce a documented condition report that mills use to accept, discount or reject cargo before it reaches the yard.

Storage capacity across its Busan sites covers roughly 40,000 square metres of covered and open ground, allowing buyers to hold parcels rather than take immediate delivery when mill schedules shift.

Inland distribution runs by truck within Korea and by feeder service to western Japan and northern Vietnam. Scheduling is coordinated against mill consumption plans rather than shipped on arrival.
