Ironvale Baling Systems

Balers & Compaction

Heavy-duty two-ram and logger balers for ferrous and nonferrous yards, built around a 1,200-ton press line and backed by a 40-technician field service network across the US and Canada.

Ironvale builds shear-baler-loggers and two-ram balers for scrap yards processing between 15,000 and 200,000 tons a year. The flagship VX-Series two-ram range spans 500 to 1,200 tons of main-ram force, producing mill-spec bales at 12 to 45 tons per hour depending on feedstock density and bale size. The smaller LB-Series logger baler line is trailer-mounted for mobile yard work and runs on a 250 hp diesel powerpack.

Every press is assembled at the Wheeling plant, where the company also runs a rebuild programme that returns 20-year-old machines to original cycle times with new cylinders, hydraulics and PLC controls. Ironvale keeps a $9 million spare parts inventory across three regional depots and staffs 40 field technicians, which supports a published 24-hour response commitment on contracted service accounts. Remote diagnostics ship standard on all VX presses.
