Brightcore Compaction

Brightcore serves the back-of-house end of the market: grocery chains, distribution centres, hospitals and campuses that generate steady OCC and film volumes but do not need yard-scale equipment. The vertical baler range covers 60-inch and 72-inch chamber widths producing 700 to 1,300 lb OCC bales, with single-phase options for sites without three-phase service.

The stationary compactor line runs 2 to 6 cubic yard charge boxes at 25 to 60 tons of ram force, and the self-contained units are rated for wet waste with fully welded, leak-tested bodies. Brightcore also supplies compactor monitoring hardware that reports fullness by container so haulers can move to on-demand pickup rather than fixed schedules.

Manufacturing and refurbishment both happen at the Hamilton facility. The company sells through waste hauling companies and equipment dealers across Ontario, Quebec and the northeastern United States.
