Vantis Polymer Systems

Vantis engineers wash-to-pellet lines for reclaimers processing post-consumer bottles and flexible packaging. PET lines are configured in 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 4,000 kg per hour blocks and include label removal, wet grinding, hot caustic wash, friction washing and float-sink separation, delivering flake to specifications commonly quoted at under 50 ppm PVC and under 20 ppm glue.

Film lines add a squeeze dryer, single-screw extruder with double-piston screen changer and underwater or strand pelletising, with degassing configured for the moisture and ink loads typical of agricultural and commercial film.

Melt filtration is an area the company sells separately: continuous laser-drilled screen changers and rotary filters retrofitted to third-party extruders where reclaimers are struggling with contamination-driven downtime.

Vantis assembles in Johor and supports customers in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines from its Singapore office, with local commissioning crews contracted per project.
