Titan Reach works the middle of the material handler market: yards that need a capable machine on site next month rather than a new build with a nine-month lead time. The company carries a rotating inventory of 20 to 45 tonne handlers, rebuilt at its Fort Worth shop with new pins and bushings, reconditioned cylinders, rewired harnesses and repainted structures.

Its fabrication side builds boom and stick extensions, cab risers, catwalks and guarding, including conversions that take a standard excavator front end to a straight-boom handler configuration with the appropriate counterweight recalculation.

A rental fleet of roughly 30 machines covers Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico on terms from one month upward, often used to cover a customer’s downtime during a shredder outage or a seasonal volume spike. Field service trucks are dispatched from Fort Worth and a satellite yard near Houston.
